HEALING HANDS

Healing Hands Mobile Clinic "Eleos" Mission: To provide medical care, health screenings and education to hurting people by uniting the body of Christ who have been gifted for such a purpose.

Our scripture is Matthew 9:13 (NLT) "Then he added, Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: " I want you to be merciful; I don't want your sacrifices, For I have come to call sinners, not those who think they are already good enough."
When I looked up the key individual words in the Greek, this scripture is saying, Jesus says to pursue the journey on which you have entered (i.e., life) and increase your knowledge (by using and practicing until it becomes a habit).

(Hosea 6:6) "God loves, desires and takes delight when we show mercy to others, which is to show kindness or good will towards the miserable and the afflicted (the hurting) joined with the desire to help them. God doesn't delight in our sacrifices. Those who think their souls are without disease will not welcome the spiritual Physician." It is not enough to just have good will toward those who are hurting; it has to be our desire to help them with what we have to offer. This is the command we feel like God has given us for the Healing Hands Mobile Clinic.
