Mike Haman
Pastor Mike serves on the lead team. He is responsible for communicating the vision and DNA of the house to the staff and next generation team. He also oversees the mission’s team and facilitates campus development. It’s been said that he has a unique set of dancing skills that can only be seen when the Saints win the Superbowl.

Colleen Conti
Colleen assists Pastor Mike Haman by communicating with campus pastors, network churches and missionaries. She also coordinates travel for staff members. Colleen aspires to be the next Food Network Star.

Lance LeBlanc
Lance is one of our Pastors at our Highland Campus, and oversees the day-to-day functions of the campus. He is most famous for his pin-point accuracy when hunting with bow and arrow.

Katherine Prudhomme
Katherine is Lance LeBlanc’s assistant and takes care of anything and everything that he needs done. When she is not assisting Lance, she likes to take long walks around the HPC lake with her wonderful husband.

Care Ministries
Wayne Austin
Brother Wayne leads the Pastoral Care Department at HPC. He does all of the marriage and family counseling. Brother Wayne and his wife Dee teach the Life for Marriage class and mentor young couples. Whether you know him as Brother Wayne, Coach, Mr. Austin, or Papa Wayne, he has probably made an impact on your life.

Ken Spivey
Ken serves in the Pastoral Care and Counseling Department which includes: Hospital Ministry, Spiritual Counseling, Crisis and Grief Counseling, Officiating Weddings and Conducting Funerals. He also serves as the Deputy/Chaplain for Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Department, St. Amant Fire and St. George Fire Departments. Ken enjoys Hunting, Fishing, and Law Enforcement Training.

Jim Rentz
Brother Jim Rentz is one of the presbyters here at Healing Place Church. He and his wife Esther lead the “Young at Heart” Ministry, which is our Senior Adult Ministry. He is one of the professors for the School of Ministry and also serves as a Chaplain of Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. He says, “I decided to retire. Which means get four new treads and get rollin’ for the Kingdom of God.”

Pete Wunstel

Terri Anderson
Terri works in our Pastoral Care Department, she is an assistant to Brother Wayne. She helps lead our Helps Ministry and our Grieving with Hope Class. She doesn’t have any grandchildren yet, but has two grand dogs that she absolutely adores!

HP Music
DeLynn Rizzo
DeLynn, along with her husband Lead Pastor Dino Rizzo founded Healing Place Church in 1993. She is a wife, pastor, worship leader and mom of 3 beautiful children. She is also the very vibrant leader of the women’s ministry of HPC. Her passion is to see women of all ages find their place in the kingdom and begin to Live the Dream! But most importantly, she can sport some animal print.

Candace Mula
Candace is one of the worship leaders at HPC. She also heads up the choir and is responsible for scheduling the worship team and songs for services. She teaches the mom’s bible study and is part of HP Women. She loves to share her hobby of scrapbooking with the widow’s ministry.

Jason Ryder
Jason is one of our worship leaders at HPC. He helps lead our music ministry. He also oversees the products and resources in the HPC Missions Café & Bookstore. Jason used to be a famous rock star with a band called 40 Day Fast.

Brian Edwards
Brain is the studio engineer at HPC and helps oversee and schedules the band for weekend services. Brian is a big fan of incense and lava lamps.

School of Ministry
Terry Olivier
Terry is the Dean of our Healing Place School of Ministry and the Ministry Coordinator for the College and 20-somethings ministry. He is passionate about equipping students and leaders to reach out and make a difference. Also, He thinks Rocky Balboa is the single greatest character of our time and has personally seen Rocky 4 over 50 times.

Finance Team
Earl Rentz
Earl leads our finance team and takes care of all of the financial aspects of the church. He also oversees the HPC facilities and the building of the HPC Arena. Earl is Coke Zero’s biggest fan!

Brandi Lambert
Brandi assists the CFO and senior leadership team with all financial aspects of church operations; specifically in the administrative, accounting and budgeting efforts of the church. She is also involved with the marriage, premarital and financial counseling ministries. Brandi’s husband gives her office supplies for Christmas gifts, and she likes it.

Mark Ammons
Mark is the assistant to the financial officer at HPC and helps with the day-to-day operations of the financial team. Mark’s motto in life is “Be happy and wear great shoes.”

Tammy Landry
Tammy serves on our finance team at HPC. She helps administratively and makes sure all the details are taken care of. She loves pictures!

Doug Musso

Josh Foster
Josh works on the finance team at HPC. He is also the IT guy and is a computer genius. If you hear keys in the background, it’s probably Josh.

Dee Dee Rentz

Communications & TV
Brad Duplechain
Brad is the Communications Director sort of like the Optimus Prime of the team. He takes care of the daily office functions: personnel and job related. Brad oversees all print, graphic design, web, balloon animals, video, audio, interpretive dance, photography, stage design of HPC and is also part of the weekend service team. He’s made up of sunshine and has a zest for life. In his spare time, Brad enjoys long walks on the beach, talking about his emotions, and collecting orange peelers.

Adam Braud
Adam is one of our video editors for the communications team at HPC. He is a camera operator for weekend services. He also helps with mission trips. Adam likes to eat and exercise excessively.

Brandon Meyer
Brandon, aka 4point5, is the stage designer at HPC. He also oversees the Audio department, which includes coordinating volunteers, training, equipment maintenance, and hearing things. He serves as one of our staff worship leaders, overseeing worship for EPIC student ministries. An avid hair grower, Brandon also bears a beauty mark on his face affectionately known as Mole-issa and has half a finger on his right hand (lost during a game of “1-2-3-4 lets have a thumb-war”), hence the aforementioned alias.

David Song
David is our webmaster. He designs and updates the HPC website. He oversees photography, which includes scheduling photographers, and the storage/management of all pictures. He also continues to set standards in graphic design. David is also a ninja, but he will never admit it.

Rob Gros
Rob is one of our graphic designers here at HPC. He is also part of the worship team and plays the bass guitar. It is a little known fact that Rob’s real name is Rob Bass.

Robert Conti
Robert is our 3-d animator, video editor, camera operator and shader. Robert is also a graphic designer and helps maintain quality across all video projects. He manages the storage and organization of video media. He is also a staff photographer. Robert’s brain thinks only in binary code and he speaks modem.

Gabi LeBlanc
Gabi’s full name is Gabrielle Christian-Elizabeth (yeah it’s hyphenated) LeBlanc. But her friends call her G-Money. Don’t let her nickname fool you, she’s a nerd. You know, one of those “creative” types. Her motto is: Hook it up and make it nice. She is a graphic designer who’s in love with life, puppies, snacks, and most importantly Jesus and His church. She is also a staff photographer, leader for EPIC Student Ministries and part of the weekend service team.

Kaycee Smith
Kaycee serves as the head of video productions for church and “out of house” videos, which includes writing scripts, organizing video shoots and producing. She manages the workflow of the video team and video proofing. Kaycee is a cup of thought, an ounce of sass, and just a dash of crazy!

Toby Bohl
Toby directs cameras for the services, trains volunteers on camera and the ins and outs of directing, communicates with TV stations regarding which programs air and when, and what the technical needs will be. Directs TV shoots for the television show. He oversees and handles all maintenance of cameras, as well as helps with lighting and stage design. He spends his weekend moonlighting as a Rap Artist - his true passion.
